Our room was immaculately clean and quiet and pleasingly designed. The terrace kitchen provided everything we needed to be comfortable as well as a delightful spot for breakfast and relaxing. The staff with their excellent English, cheerfulness, helpfulness and professionalism was wonderful, We just returned from Istanbul and have already recommended the I'zaz to two sets of friends who plan to visit the city. Our highest recommendation is that we plan to stay at the I'zaz on our return trips to the city for both business and leisure. Incidentally, we found the location relatively central being right in the area of restaurants off of the Iskitlal Cadessi and Taksim Square area, and a short taxi ride across the water to either the Sultanameht or the Asian side of the city.

Excellent location with wonderful rooms, can't recommend I'zaz highly enough, will definitely stay here the next time i'm in Istanbul

Design, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, perfect location

I liked almost everything, just the personnel except for the manager did not speak English. But in any case they were doing their best to help us.

The location was perfect. The design/architecture of the apartment was very nice. It had an excellent roof terras with kitchen. Nothing was missing.

What I liked most was: Location, cleanliness, the 5th floor common area, the good temperature in the room.

For somenting above one hunderd euros, I do not feel that I'zzaz offers good value for money, esp with the plethora of accomodation in quantity and quality in the area. Room OK but nothing special, the absence of the reception does not help if something comes up. We have been provided a land and mobile numbers that we can use.... we tried both, nobody replied and nobody returned the call. Some details that i nornally notice only when i do not feel that i do not get back the value we have paid. Only one bathrobe (we were 2) No splippers Min toiletries. There was a DVD player, I would appreciate a couple of movie option. No elevator but the person who waited us upon arrival offered to help with the luggage. (just an information, for people that may need the lift).
